Empower Her Life
Support Amazonian women in learning a livable trade.
This year, our Lent Giving Campaign will support indigenous women in the Ecuadorian Amazon who lack the support and means to provide for their families. Through the generosity of volunteers, these women will receive training in traditional crafts such as ceramics, jewelry making, and art using local plants and beads.
The funds we raise will directly support their journey by covering transportation to the training center, meals, materials and transportation into the city to sell their items. Over six months, they will not only learn valuable skills but also experience the love of Christ through evangelism and discipleship.
At the end of the program, they will receive materials to continue their craft and teach other women in their communities鈥攃reating a ripple effect of empowerment and transformation.
